# Your autonomous commercial team.

**It does the commercial work and stops at your decision.**

Autonomous is the third layer of Advise. Core lets you see your business, and Intelligence lets you ask it anything. With Autonomous you hand off the work to automated AI workflows. A team of AI agents, modelled on a CPG commercial department, investigates what changed, prepares the recommendation, the buyer email and the deck, and hands it to the person who decides.

**Launching in early 2027. Early access is open now for a small number of brand owners.** [Join early access](/autonomous/early-access)

## Today, everyone queues behind the data team

The account manager needs a buyer pack. The brand manager needs a launch read. Pricing needs a promo post-mortem, and the director needs the board pack. All of it lands on one insights desk, and the buyer meeting comes and goes before the answer arrives.

## The Grid: your business on one frame

Autonomous shows your business as a grid of **retailers × brands**, including competitor and own-label columns, because the buyer sees the whole shelf. Each cell shows where attention is needed, not another KPI:

- ● needs your decision
- ▲ material change
- ◆ a moment is coming
- • steady

Every role sees the same Grid, filtered to their part of it. Account managers see their retailers, brand managers see their brands, pricing sees every price and promotion, and the director sees all of it in dollars. Every piece of work lives at a place on the Grid, and every place keeps its history.

## Overnight, the team goes to work

When new period data lands, the team starts on its own:

- **Chief of Staff:** plans the work and writes it up
- **Category:** range, distribution and share
- **Pricing & Promotions:** price gaps, promo ROI and repeat-or-drop verdicts
- **Account Management:** retailer health, promises and meeting packs
- **Competitor Intelligence:** competitor moves on your shelf
- **Devil's Advocate:** argues against every recommendation before any person sees it

More agents join as you connect more data: Shopper (with panel data), Brand, Field Sales (with store-level data) and Supply.

By Monday at 07:30 everyone arrives to finished work: the decisions waiting for them, the moments coming up, and what changed in their part of the Grid.

## A person always decides

Each piece of work comes back with two or three options, the recommended one, where the business views differ (the account view and the margin view, side by side), the case against it, and the evidence behind every point.

- **Approve · Change it · Decline · Not now**, with a tap-to-pick reason
- **Rules are checked first:** price floors, promotion depth, listing rules and regulatory guardrails
- **Always prepared, never sent automatically.** You send the email or the deck from your own Outlook or PowerPoint.
- **Commitments are governed:** an account manager approves a buyer email, and a price increase goes to the commercial director

## It works on its own schedule, and on yours

- **Overnight,** when new data lands
- **On the retailer calendar,** ahead of range reviews, buyer meetings and promotion submissions
- **On request,** when anyone hands off a piece of work in plain words: "Get me a read on the Kestrel Zero launch for Friday."

How much autonomy each type of work gets is a setting. Routine work runs start to finish and notifies you. New or high-stakes work stops to confirm the plan first.

## And it remembers: your Commercial Intelligence

Every decision, every result and every "what we tried last time" is kept at its place on the Grid. A new account manager inherits the full history of their accounts on day one. The more Autonomous runs, the more your company knows.

## Mostly outside the app

- **Monday digest email,** plus one the morning after new data lands, with one-click approve. Reply with a question and get an answer.
- **Phone:** approve a decision, sign off a finance request, or record a voice note after a buyer meeting.
- **Office tools:** the prepared emails, decks and submissions open in Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.

## Trust you can see

Every number comes from the Advise Engine, never from the AI. Estimates look like estimates. Each point is labelled as data, business context or judgement. Disagreements are shown, not smoothed over. Gaps are named ("needs shopper panel data"). Results are measured against the category and labelled as correlation, not proof.

## What it means for a CPG business

A three-person commercial team works with the coverage of a much larger one. Every promotion gets evaluated every time. Every buyer meeting is prepared. And what the team learns stays with the company.

## Questions

**Does it send anything on its own?** No. It prepares everything, and a person always decides and sends.

**Does it need new data?** No. It runs on the data already in Core, and more agents unlock as you connect more sources.

**Is it a separate product?** It is the third layer of Advise, built on Core and Intelligence. It uses the same Function Registry, security and access controls.

**When can we start?** Early access partners start before general availability in early 2027.
