Subprocessors
We keep this list deliberately short. Microsoft is our only subprocessor for client data, as named in our Data Processing Agreement.
Client data
| Subprocessor | Service | What it does | Where |
|---|---|---|---|
| Microsoft | Azure | Hosting, storage, compute and encrypted backups for your dedicated Advise environment | The Azure region agreed with you |
| Microsoft | Azure OpenAI Service | Private AI model hosting and inference for the Intelligence and Autonomous layers, only where they are enabled. No client data is used to train any model. | Within your agreed region |
Processing takes place within the EU/EEA. Processing outside the EU/EEA happens only with your prior written approval and a valid transfer mechanism under the GDPR, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
On Advise Private, the platform runs in your own cloud tenancy under your own agreements with your cloud provider.
Changes
- We tell you at least 60 days before adding or replacing a subprocessor.
- If you object, you can terminate the DPA with 30 days' notice.
- Every subprocessor is bound by data protection obligations equivalent to our DPA (GDPR Article 28(4)), and we remain fully liable for them.
Website and sales
Separately from client data, we use a small number of tools to run this website and our sales process, such as forms, meeting booking and email. They process only the details you give us when you contact us or book a demo. See our privacy policy.
